LOUIE! Independent Animated Short

LOUIE! is an independent animated short directed by Mike Scandora, created through an international collaboration of artists and students. The project combines a stylized cut-out aesthetic with expressive animation to tell a story about anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional resilience.

I joined the project as a Background Artist, contributing environment paintings and supporting the production team by taking on additional background shots. While many of the more complex environments were reserved as learning opportunities for student artists, I focused on completing production-ready backgrounds that helped reduce the team's workload and keep the project moving forward
